Regardless of age, experience or ability, I work with individuals from all over the world virtually via zoom. My focus as a coach has changed in part due to the challenges we have faced over the last couple of years regarding COVID-19. I have been so fortunate to work with so many incredible people from all over the world who just want to understand the Olympic lifts and to be able to move consistently, safely and efficiently to optimise their own personal performance at their own level.
Some of those I work with have aspirations to complete and others just want to feel confident enough to train in front of others.

My ‘Team Breeze’ lifters are those who work with me on a weekly basis and who subscribe monthly to one of the following packages;
- 1:1 bespoke training with full individualised support
- 1:1 weekly 90 or 60 minute sessions
- Weekly Group sessions

Note: For my bespoke packages, I am taking on just 8 clients at any time to work with closely on a weekly basis. This is a unique experience where I aim to take to from where you are currently through to achieving everlasting results on a competition platform.
