Since retiring from competition, I've dedicated my time to helping others realise their potential while also embracing the joys, and chaos, of motherhood with my twin boys and little girl.

Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of coaching over 20 athletes to compete on the international stage. One of my proudest moments as a coach, was guiding Ellie Pryor to become Britain’s first Youth Olympian in Olympic Weightlifting.

My own lifting career was a mix of highs and challenges, involving numerous injuries and setbacks. Each setback only fuelled my determination to come back stronger and more resilient. Through coaching, I share the lessons I've learned to help others avoid technical pitfalls and minimise the risk of injury.

Representing Team GB at both the Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games was an incredible honour. I've secured six medals across four consecutive Commonwealth Games, along with medals at European senior and junior levels, and world junior level. Additionally, I held British and Commonwealth records across two weight categories.

My technical prowess, honed over years of dedication, is something I take pride in, both personally and in the lifters I coach. I firmly believe in mastering movements before adding weight, a principle I instil in all my coaching sessions.

Now, I offer various coaching options, from one-on-one and small group sessions (both in person and virtually), to immersive residential Training Camps, with plenty of options in between! I offer opportunities to suit all ages, abilities and budgets.
