Functional Mobility for Weightlifting


Are you struggling with:

  • Achieving good squat depth?
  • Overhead squat position?
  • Front rack position?
  • Achieving a neutral back in the start position?
  • You may even have good mobility but struggle to move at speed with the bar when loaded?

In this course, I address functional mobility exercises, which are pertinent to key positions in the Olympic lifts. The fundamental aim is to improve the positions you achieve with a barbell, whilst moving dynamically.
