to book in for a 1-1 or small group session, please send me a message. These sessions will be tailored to you individual needs and ability. Sessions typically last 90 minutes.
Anyone can book in to these, whether you are a complete beginner looking to start out, looking to correct technical errors or if you just want to continue developing.
Developing coaches could also learn a great deal from these sessions. Each session will take in to account your current ability and goals. The sessions will predominantly be based around Snatch and Clean & Jerk but would also, likely involve some of the assistance exercises necessary to better enhance your lifting ability.
